About Solid Building Group
Solid Building Group is led by Frank Solitro, a licensed builder with extensive experience across carpentry, detailed joinery, survey engineering, construction technology, commercial projects, international procurement, site management and residential construction. Frank also brings formal study in building and construction, survey engineering and energy-assessment related training.
The name matters. Solid Building Group was built from the Solitro family name and the standard Frank expects on site: solid work, clear advice and a finished result clients can stand behind.
His background includes running building-related businesses, managing teams, coordinating high-quality commercial joinery work, working with overseas supply chains and managing construction delivery on major projects. Today, Frank's focus is close to home. Solid Building Group brings that broader industry experience back to local residential clients across the Illawarra and South Coast.
That mix of experience gives clients practical advice across buildability, cost, detail, site conditions and project risk, helping homeowners, buyers and project partners plan better, build with confidence and make better decisions before they commit.
